My parents had been staying at our house to take care of Harlow while Pete and I were in the hospital with baby.  These are the first official pictures of Harlow greeting her baby sister at home.  My first mom-fail was that these are the ONLY pictures I captured, none on my real camera...

iPhone Pictures from the Hospital - Lennox is Here!

The world of the iPhone, Facebook and Instagram helps friends near and far stay connected in whats happening in our lives.  A lot of my day to day stuff, that I would never take my big camera out for, gets captured through these forms of technology. My biggest challenge so far is what to do with them all after I've saved them to my phone and shared them on Facebook and Instagram. Some of these pictures help document the "behind the scenes" of having a baby so I wanted to document them before they got deleted off my phone.

Bath Time For Lennox

Lennox started out hating bath time.  She wailed through her first few baths at home but just recently she has started to enjoy them.  The warmer the water, the better.  She stays bright eyed and curious through the whole thing.  But the second it's time to take her out she cries; sad, big, loud, cries.  Especially when I am putting her diaper and PJ's on.  Once she has lotion put on and her hair brushed she usually calms down.  Usually...

My sister-in-law, Brianna, took some great pictures of Harlow and Lennox for me.  This time Lennox slept like a champ through the whole thing and Harlow was actually pretty cooperative. I am pretty obsessed with a few of these and I even used one to send out as a Thank You/Announcement.  I knew I had some beautiful babies but they look even more gorgeous in these pictures! Thank you Brianna!

Friends Home to Visit

Lennox had a couple more special visitors stop by.   Jenn, Terra and Whitney came by one morning to meet baby Lennox, visit with me and play with Harlow.  I seriously love these girls and wish they were around more often.  We even got Terra to hold Lennox, with a little peer pressure just like we had to do to get her to hold Harlow when she was an itty bitty baby.  So glad they could stop by and can't wait for them to come home again!
