I love the pumpkin patch, it always seems so festive and its like a signal for the holiday season to really start each year. Picking out pumpkins together as a family is like Christmas to me, we have to get the perfect pumpkins and finding them is hard work! This year we each got a pumpkin of our own to decorate. Because we were going to be out of town this year for Halloween, we chose pumpkins to paint and decorate rather than carve. No one likes to come home to rotting pumpkins of their front porch. After we picked out the perfect pumpkins Harlow got to ride some of the rides. She was totally excited to jump in the bounce house, until she actually got inside of it and realized we weren't coming with her. Luckily the ride attendee let her choose another option. She then happily rode the choo choo train with Daddy.
She sat so nicely next to this witch until Daddy mentioned that witches were scary...
And then she flipped out! And wanted nothing to do with it, and she didn't want her daddy to either.
Daddy trying to show her that the witch was nice. She wasn't buying it anymore.
About 10 seconds before the tears started.
Much happier riding the train with daddy.
