Pumpkin Patch 2013

I have a lot of catching up to do on this little old blog of mine. We have had so much going on fun these past few weeks. Fun, but busy and a little chaotic.

We kicked off Fall and Halloween with a trip to the pumpkin patch.  Both of the girls were so excited when we got out of the car. And they both had a blast roaming around and exploring all of the pumpkins.  Harlow even got to ride a few rides while we were there.  She surprised us by wanting to ride the big kid roller coaster even after we told her she would have to ride it by herself since adults weren't allowed. She was game no matter what. She looked so tiny and could barely reach the handle bars. But she never shed a tear and actually came off the ride giggling. But when I asked her if she would like to ride it again she politely said no thank you! She even went down the huge slide with Pete and got to ride the train.

We let them each pick a pumpkin, smaller in size and then picked a large one for us to carve as a family. The only way to get Lennox to sit still long enough for a picture was to hand her a pumpkin.  So she pretty much has a pumpkin in hand in almost all of these pictures!

We found a pumpkin just as big as she is!

Going down the slide with Dad.

So brave on the roller coaster!
